Dear friends, families and
organization partners:
WE ARE CURRENTLY OPEN & IN THE COMMUNITY while participating in smaller groups, gradually providing full services with all our community partners & relationships, hopefully as soon as we can. We are unsure of when this will happen, in the meantime we have added new relationships such as The Little Spoon Bakery for an upcoming community art project and more! We have lifted the mask in transit recommendation back in July 2022.
At Collective Visions Community Program, we create an environment where people with disabilities can help others, build healthy relationships, work on life skills, and pursue community interests. Our goals include helping individuals achieve community integration, personal development, and self-advocacy.
“Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more.”
