Black History Month is a time to honor the contributions & legacy of African Americans across U.S. history & society, from activists & civil rights pioneers such as Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, Marcus Garvey, Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X & Rosa Parks to leaders in industry, politics, science, & culture.

We have regular health & wellness opportunities, now including with Great Parks and The Meadow Links Golf Course! Meadow Links will be providing for those interested GOLF CLINICS on a monthly basis. There is also a golf league in relationship with the Special Olympics that will be offered later this spring with 2 person teams. We have regular health & wellness opportunities at fitness centers such as with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission & Planet Fitness. We attend the fitness centers weekly for exercise, overall health and wellness, and fitness classes, examples include Zumba, beginner's yoga, and more!
