COMMUNITY PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

Interested in getting involved in CVCP? Currently we have returned to the community. Do you enjoy volunteering, helping others, working on various community projects, and building positive relationships? Talk with a family member, advocate, SSA and/or residential staff.

The SSA can assist with setting up a time for either a community visit, virtual video call, or phone call to discuss the program. After the discussion, if you are interested in attending the community program you will need to complete an intake and assessment. This process will better inform the CVCP team to your areas of interest and how we can assist prior to a possible program start date.

Trial Periods - The first 90 days with CVCP gives you the opportunity to fully connect with the community program, even though at this time we are providing virtual services until further notice. Before or after 90 days depending on progress and efforts, we can look at your overall success while in program and discuss progress and information with the SSA, family and/or provider.
